It's hard for destination clubs to accommodate the ski season demand, especially since most of the demand is so concentrated between the months of December and March. Clubs do their best with acquisitions and leases, but as we have said before these luxury vacation homes will probably always have 100% occupancy in ski season. Donn Davis, Exclusive Resorts' CEO, announced the acquisition of 10 four-bedroom luxury condos at the base of the gondola in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in an effort to give members more options when it comes to booking their ski vacation. The condos will be ski-in, ski-out and will feature a full complement of five-star services and amenities, including spa and fitness center, game rooms, a resort pool, ski valets and cozy member gathering areas.
