This Month, we are also addressing the difference between Gourmet and Artisan. Some of our customers have asked us to address the difference is between an Artisan and Gourmet. The answer is quite simple. Gourmet is typically used to label products that are manufacture with high-quality raw materials to obtain a high quality end-product. For example gourmet chocolates normally have a high content of cacao liqueur, and gourmet cheeses are made with selected milks from selected farms. However, you dont always obtain a gourmet product by just using high quality raw materials. You also have to employ a control and tested method to produce a constant high quality finished product.
Goodbye Gourmet Pizza; hello Tilted Kilt
Bostons The Gourmet Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar in Shoppes at the Village shopping center is closed. It will be replaced in June by Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery. Jeffrey Noeldner, president of Midwest Expansion, developer of Shoppes at the Village, said the lease for the building at 2615 S. Oneida St., Ashwaubenon, was bought out.
Las Vegas-based Tilted Kilt operates five stores.
Tilted Kilt pubs are hybrid versions the public houses of Scotland, Ireland, England and the early United States. The menu is an eclectic mix of both traditional food, such as bangers and mash and fish and chips, and more modern creations from the Tilted Kilt chefs, such as Ultimate Club Wrap and Sloppy Janes. The pub pours ales and beers from around the world.

The show has the theme, "Children - Our Priority," because duMidi has decreed that they will dedicate 2006-2008 to the advancement of our children's welfare. Profits from the show will benefit the Huntsville Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as well as The Birthday Wish, a project initiated by Alabama first lady Patsy Riley to benefit foster children in Madison County.
